We believe in data minimization. We do not require users to register an account or log in to use the core features of most of our Apps. We do not sell, trade, or lease user personal data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

We only collect personally identifiable information (such as your name or email address) if you explicitly provide it to us, for example, when contacting our support team or submitting feedback.

(b) Information Collected Automatically (Telemetry & Analytics)
To ensure app stability, monitor performance, and optimize user experience, our Apps may automatically collect limited, non-identifiable technical data via trusted third-party SDKs:

Device identifiers (e.g., IDFV for iOS, Android ID / Advertising ID for Android)
Device technical specifications (model, manufacturer, operating system version)
Application analytics (app version, session duration, feature usage statistics)

(c) User-Configured Content & Local Storage
For Apps processing user-supplied data, playlists, credentials, configurations, or local files: All such data is stored exclusively on your local device. Maxroom Technologies does not operate centralized backend servers to harvest, mirror, or upload your personal media configurations or contents.

4. Lawful Basis for Processing (GDPR/UK GDPR)

We process technical data based on the following legal grounds:

Legitimate Interests: To maintain, safeguard, debug, and continuously optimize the performance and security of our Apps.
Consent: Where required by mobile operating systems (e.g., explicit tracking permission prompts on iOS/Android).

5. Third-Party Services & Subprocessors

Our Apps utilize native platform services and telemetry tools. These external providers process data independently governed by their own policies:

Apple App Store / StoreKit: Handles in-app billing, entitlement verification, and subscription management on iOS.
Google Play Billing / Google Play Services: Handles billing, app distribution, and core services on Android.
Analytics & Crash Reporting (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics / Google Analytics): Captures anonymous stability telemetry to assist our development team.

6. Data Deletion & User Rights

Under global regulations (GDPR/CCPA), you retain strict rights over your data:

Local Data: You can completely wipe all locally cached app configurations, inputs, or content at any time by clearing the App's cache or uninstalling the App from your device.
Telemetry Data: Since we do not link data to user accounts, telemetry is indexed by anonymous Device IDs. If you wish to request the purging of any automated log data, please email us with your device identifier.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Apps comply with COPPA and the GDPR child protection provisions. We do not knowingly target or collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain EU jurisdictions). If we discover any inadvertent ingestion of such data, it will be deleted immediately upon notification.
