TERMS OF USE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using IPTV Smart Player - Live TV (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated on this page, do not continue to use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Maxroom Technologies ("we", "our", "us").

2. App Store / Apple EULA Acknowledgments

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, the following terms apply:

• You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and Maxroom Technologies only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Maxroom Technologies is solely responsible for the App and its content.
• Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
• Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.

3. Description of the App & No Content Provided

IPTV Smart Player is exclusively a generic media player application. It allows users to organize and play media content from their own user-supplied sources, including:

• M3U/M3U8 playlist URLs provided by the user
• Locally stored M3U files uploaded by the user
• Xtream Codes API credentials owned by the user
• Local video files stored on the user's device

Crucial Disclaimer: The App does not provide, supply, host, broadcast, or distribute any media content, channels, movies, or television programming. We are not affiliated with any IPTV service provider, playlist provider, or content distributor. The App operates solely as a neutral media player tool, similar to a web browser, and bears no responsibility for the content accessed by users through their own configured sources.

4. User Responsibilities & Copyright

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right and proper authorization from rights holders to access all content you configure within the App.
• You will not use the App to access, stream, reproduce, duplicate, copy, or distribute copyright-protected content without proper authorization.
• You will not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• You are solely responsible for the content you access through the App and any consequences thereof. Maxroom Technologies reserves the right to terminate access if a user is found to be infringing copyrights.

5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The App offers optional premium plans to unlock all features, processed securely via Apple StoreKit:

• Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly billing options.
• Lifetime Access: A one-time purchase with no recurring charges.

Subscription Rules: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. No refund will be provided for the unused portion of the current subscription period upon cancellation.

6. Intellectual Property & License

Unless otherwise stated, Maxroom Technologies and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for the App (including its design, code, interface, and branding). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not republish, sell, rent, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices or third-party streaming formats. We are not responsible for the availability, quality, or legality of any content accessed through your configured sources.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maxroom Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or any content accessed through it.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
